How does Sizing Work?
The Frassy Made collection consists of oversized tees, so they will fit pretty much any/every size. But if you want a bigger or smaller fit, just email me or add it to your order.
My Vintage Rags do not adhere to strict sizing, most of the tops/blouses will fit most sizes (from a 6-14: depending on how tight you want the garment to fit) while the trousers/skirts mostly have elasticated waistbands, which are very flexible in terms of size. Just add a belt for a most cinched-in look, or alternatively, wear the skirt/trouser a little lower on the hips for a looser style.
Can I custom order?
Ofcourse! The Frassy Made collection is designed and created exclusively by me. Therefore, I am more than happy to create t-shirts with a personal message/design. The design used will maintain exclusive to you- we will not sell a replica.
Refunds?
We offer refunds. Just pop the t-shirt back in the post within 14 days of receiving it and we will send your money back to you through Paypal.
I don't have Paypal...how do I pay?
Frassy Rags accepts Sealed Money Orders. Just request an order form (frassyrags@hotmail.com), fill it out, attach money and send it all to us. We will then post your t-shirt along to you.
Why are your products "Hand-Wash Only"?
The Frassy Made collection are all handmade using delicate procedures. Therefore, in order to keep your garment in top shape we recommend only hand-washing. Just fill your sink with warm water, add a tiny glob of laundry soap and let the shirt soak for about 15 minutes. It is also very important to only iron your shirt inside out.
Vintage Rags, on the other hand, are all fairly durable garments, so you can chuck those in the washing machine, time and time again.
